Fight against pcod

                           Lets fight against pcod. Inorder to fight , first we have to understand the problem then analyse it.   Understanding pcod:                           First of all this is not a disease. Doctors can not say exact reason of getting pcod and there is no exact medicine to cure pcod. Then why all these Metformin , clomid , 21 days period tablets, progesterone  etc .Whats all these stuff we are  taking and facing again on getting another side effects. Why this is staying in our body .. what resources we are giving to pcod and helping to stay in our body happily. What challenges pcod giving us... Lets think.                       Today many women after puberty facing this problem.. I got at the age 20. I thought i am the one who got this problem too early.  Do you know some are getting at the age 11. On knowing this i am very sad. I have done lot of search ; how to tackle this problem. With my own  research & with my experience i am sharing here my views.       

Do's and Don'ts during pregnancy

                       Do's ✓ Good sleep ✓ warm water bath  ✓ Apply oil on stomach to decrease stretch marks. In pregnancy stretch marks common.  ✓ walk slowly after every small meals ✓ drink warm water for good digestion ✓ whatever you eat or drink , gulp slowly ✓ Eat for every one hour. ✓Observe baby movements especially while eating .. Baby kicks or movements  give us so much of happiness.  ✓Drink milk before bed.                        Dont's  ✓ Junk food, masala, ice-cream, choclates, raw carrot, raw sprouts, pineapple, pappaya, too cold & too hot food , coffee, excess salt, sugary sweets.  ✓Blink lights or lightning. ✓ News channels , TV serial ( effects baby's growth) ✓Radiation also effects baby's health. So decrease usage of phone or laptop. Keep airplane mode to mobile.            

My pregnancy journey

 My pregnancy journey was divine journey to me... Here i share few things... Few days before pregnancy test :             Feeling good something was happening in my body;can't explain whats going on but without any reason im smiling... may be universe was sending me message thay my dream come true...  With positive vibes i tested on dec 17,2019 . Pregnancy positive and I was 5weeks pregnant on that time. We are full of joy , gratitude to God. Ok now i will tell you some basic key points. First trimester      : 1 to 13 weeks  Second trimester  : 14 to 26 weeks  Third trimester     : 27 to 39 weeks  Throughout pregnancy i took Metformin , calcium tablets.  Folic acid tablets upto 5th month, iron tablets from 6th month onwards , also due to late pregnancy & conceived with pcod i took Duphaston 10 mg tablets from 3rd to 5th month . Foci GR sachets (orange colour sachet mix in one glass of water & drink)  in 4th month.  Also given ecosprin tablets due to high resistance flow in

Meditation

 Meditation is turning point in my life. When i was  eagerly waiting for pregnancy i searched alot in internet ; what to do ? why i came to the earth? and so many questions in mind turned my life and given me to choose right path . One of the best part of my life joined in "" 21 day challenge group "" in connecting with cosmic mind (youtube channel) by sirisha mam. This helped me alot .          How to do meditation :----- Sit comfortably with back straight and close your eyes. Make sure no disturbance for sometime. Take a deep breath slowly and exhale slowly. Repeat this process and concentrate on breathing. Many thoughts come into your mind . Do not worry, focus only on breathing.  Through meditation, we talk to ourself and we connect with God who is living inside us. Play any devotional song and meditate .         I also recommend another beautiful meditation  for who are planning for pregnancy and pregnant women for healthy baby  "Sushumna Kriya Yoga"

How I self motivated

 I searched alot in internet to find ways to get mind peaceful. Here constant practice and patience is important. Every day is count. Should lose weight , control emotions, maintain healthy lifestyle. When i get period  i self motivated myself that "good day is coming very near to me . Challenging me and testing my patience."  Also my biggest asset my mom & my husband. With their support i achieved my success and now we are  happy with my cute baby.  Watching comedy movies/ scenes/ comedy web series, listening Brahmasri Chaganti koteswarao gari speeches. In youtube Swami mukundananda gari speeches, mahatria sir speeches, Rama Raavi mam stories , BK Shivani mam speeches, Nanduri  Srinivas gari spiritual talks, LifeOrama, Telugu geeks, connecting with cosmic mind etc .. Watching hara hara mahadeva, radha krishna, sri anjaneyam  and mahabaratam serial. Finally, all these are to engage my mind and to stay focused.

What I avoided food to get pregnancy

Avoid food:- Sugar, jaggery, white rice, maida(all purpose flour),  wheat flour, honey, chocolate, sweets, grapes, jack fruit, mango fruit, custard apple, sapota, ice-cream, dates, potato, sweet potato, coffee, junk food, cool drinks, maximum avoided outside food, deep fry, excess salt. Forgive & forget. This principle control our emotions ( like anger,bitterness, depression).

To get pregnancy what i followed

           Now im 32 years old. At the age 20 i got pcod . Since then suffering alot with irregular periods . Used many tablets to get periods regular and to get pregnancy. Totally depends on medicine. Finally one day i got realised . Started gradually changing my lifestyle. Sincerely focused on my dream and set my goals. Within 1year await was over. I became  pregnant by using Metformin , calcium, iron tablets and healthy lifestyle.  No hormone tablets and no follicular study. Got spontaneous pregnancy mean natural pregnancy.  What i followed to control pcod and to get pregnancy naturally :- Spend time in sunlight for atleast 30 min. Also be in moonlight for 1hour.  Walking for 1hour. Exercise for 10min. Meditation . Pranayama. Some yoga asanas. Surya namaskar, cat & cow pose, cobra pose, bow pose, child pose, mill churning pose, side plank, side-lying leg raises. Self love

Becoming mother is God's gift. First create self love. Accept your life as it is. Accept your past. Accept everything till now. Dont regret about past . Happy with what you have. Self love means not only loving of yourself but also accepting  your mistakes and go forward. Accept changes occur in your body. Maintain smile on your face. Here you ask me how  can  we smile that im so much worry on not getting pregnant. Positive vibes makes everything postive. If anyone hurts you with their behaviour or words.......please follow one principle here "Let it go".

Hi friends iam Salini Anand. I am sharing here my experience. How i faced  alot to  get pregnant with pcod and how i overcomed. Now with God blessings we have baby boy on August 16, 2020.  Purpose of creating blog here is to give awareness who are suffering to get pregnant with pcod problem.  First i want to talk about pcod. Here understanding pcod is important. Pcod is different for different bodies. Some may gain weight ,some may lose weight . I gained weight. To get pregnancy we should be normal BMI(ideal  weight).  I lost 12kgs weight within 9 months. People get pcod due to lack of  self-love and stress leads to hormone imbalance. First to control the growth of pcod we have to change our lifestyle.
