Now im 32 years old. At the age 20 i got pcod . Since then suffering alot with irregular periods . Used many tablets to get periods regular and to get pregnancy. Totally depends on medicine. Finally one day i got realised . Started gradually changing my lifestyle. Sincerely focused on my dream and set my goals. Within 1year await was over. I became pregnant by using Metformin , calcium, iron tablets and healthy lifestyle.
No hormone tablets and no follicular study.
Got spontaneous pregnancy mean natural pregnancy.
What i followed to control pcod and to get pregnancy naturally :-
Spend time in sunlight for atleast 30 min. Also be in moonlight for 1hour.
Walking for 1hour. Exercise for 10min. Meditation . Pranayama. Some yoga asanas.
Surya namaskar, cat & cow pose, cobra pose, bow pose, child pose, mill churning pose, side plank, side-lying leg raises. These asanas early morning.
Butterfly pose, reclining Butterfly pose, legs up the wall,squats, breathing exercises at any time in a day.
Any hobby for atleast 15min. This boost up our energy.
Oil massage to lower abdomen and belly button before bath. This produce heat to uterus and generates healthy ovum. Warm bath only.
Vajrasana after breakfast and lunch for 10 min. For this , at starting days i used pillow under legs and gradually increased my time from 1min to 10 min.
Eating habits :-
Listening devotional songs while cooking, this makes food healthy and tasty. Early Morning warm water , breakfast millets idly or vegetable upma( only javva wheat ravva), dosa(mix jonna,sajja,ragi,oats,...) .For lunch brown rice, mixed vegetable curry , green leafy vegetable dal,curd. Evening boiled peas/peanuts/rajma, carrot,fruit before 7:30pm.
Flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds & watermelon seeds.
Soaked Almonds, soaked Fenugreek seeds, dried apricot, walnuts,dried cranberries,dried prunes.
(Beetroot,carrot,apple & orange )juice daily.
Watermelon or muskmelon juice.
Ash gourd juice weekly thrice at early morning . Ash gourd is good for fertility. Sprouts 1cup daily.
Drinking alot water. But after meal should not drink water atleast 20min. Using copper vessel for drinking water.
Shifted to steel water bottle from plastic. Almost avoided plastic containers.
After breakfast, lunch & dinner doing vajrasana and then 10min small relaxed walk.

DeleteEven pcod having also some may get periods regular and some may even have normal weight. So doctor will tell what is the issue of not getting pregnancy. Once consult doctor mam.

DeleteHi I am conceived naturally bt got miscarriage in 2nd month saying baby is weak no heart beat ( I had light bleeding started so consulted doctor) Now am scared to plan pregnancy again. Actually I also don't to use tablets or feel like a patient or pregnancy as a disease bt doctor now only said u should take bed rest next time
