Do's
✓ Good sleep
✓ warm water bath
✓ Apply oil on stomach to decrease stretch marks. In pregnancy stretch marks common.
✓ walk slowly after every small meals
✓ drink warm water for good digestion
✓ whatever you eat or drink , gulp slowly
✓ Eat for every one hour.
✓Observe baby movements especially while eating .. Baby kicks or movements give us so much of happiness.
✓Drink milk before bed.
Dont's
✓ Junk food, masala, ice-cream, choclates, raw carrot, raw sprouts, pineapple, pappaya, too cold & too hot food , coffee, excess salt, sugary sweets.
✓Blink lights or lightning.
✓ News channels , TV serial ( effects baby's growth)
✓Radiation also effects baby's health. So decrease usage of phone or laptop. Keep airplane mode to mobile.
